General terms of sale

Prices
The prices are valid the very same day of the consultation on the website or for the period of validity if this one is mentioned. All the prices mentioned are VAT excluded except if indicated otherwise, shipping expenses not included.
For the customers  tax-submitted outside of Belgium, we consider that the given VAT number filled in by your care is a  valid VAT identification . In case of a nonvalid VAT number, we will be obliged to make you pay the Belgian VAT before beginning the production. The price communicated on line will thus increase with 21%.

Order
The order will only be final after this one is confirmed by the payment of the mentioned price by the customer. Rollboost.be or Paypal® engages to confirm the order electronicly after the reception of the payment. During the placement of your order, you declare being responsible for its purchase.

Personal data
Rollboost.be uses your personal data with regard to the confirmation, invoicing and delivery of your order. In regard to the creation and administration of your user profile, you are constantly responsible for the correctness of your data. In case of error in the addresses, the data of invoicing, or all other personal data, rollboost.be cannot be held responsible for not having achieved its obligations (for example delivery or correspondence). You are also responsible for the confidentiality of the password related to your user profile. A minor can only use this website with the authorisation of a parent or a tutor.

Shipping expenses
The shipping expenses are calculated according to the weight of your order and are indicated during the validation of your shopping basket.

Delivery
Your package will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days after the validation of your order and according to the options of the deliverytime chosen at the time you placed your order. The delivery periods given by rollboost.be are always indicative. The responsibility of rollboost.be cannot be engaged if the delay occurred during transport. In case of absence, you will be able to contact our transporter in order to ask him to represent you the parcel, for this, he could claim you additional expenses. Without news of yourself after 14 days the package will be returned to us. The expenses of sending a returned order again will be applied, even if the initial sending was free or benefitted a reduced price. Rollboost.be, in so much as a shipper, is responsible for the sending until the moment of delivery. We can trace all our sendings. Please contact us if you did not yet receive your package within the 10 business days after the recording of your payment.

Damage during transport
We control each shipment before exit. The articles are also equipped with a solid packing. The customer commits himself to immediately control the order after reception and putting it to our  immediate attention in case of damage. You can send us an email, preferably with a photograph of the damaged article. Never throw postal packing away before you noted that your shipment is in good state. The return to sender must always be made in agreement with us. Never return a shipment on your own initiative. The article must be returned in its original packing and suitably stamped. The costs of returning a shipment are at the expenses of the sender. It is necessary to mention the ordernumber. The not notified returns will not be credited! We refund the returned articles by the conditions described above within thirty days. The expenses of sending incurred by you, will not be refunded, consequently you will pay the purchase price minus the amount of the expenses of sending. If an incorrect article is provided by rollboost.be, we deal with the expenses of sending. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse returned sendings while assumed that the articles were already used or in the event of suspicion of damage caused by a third party, other than rollboost.be.

Cancellation or delay of order
Any order will give place to an invoicing 30 days after its acceptance if the order can not be carried out because of a delay caused by the customer. In case of cancellation of the order, the customer will be indebted to an amount corresponding to the already started expenses, increased by 35% of the ordered amount.

Payment
The payments on rollboost.be are carried out by means of the platform Paypal.com, system of online payment  fully protected. You can pay with your credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by preliminary bank transfer.

Rights
Rollboost.be remains the full and entire owner of a sold article until the purchase price is entirely paid. Photographs, illustrations, colors and texts associated with the products on the website are not contractual and could not engage the responsibility for the salesman.

Intellectual property
The customer guarantees owning the rights of the intellectual property of the elements (visuals, logo, slogans, etc) that he transmits to us and which are necessary to the reproduction of the image as well as the possible authorisations necessary for its placement. Only the customer remains responsible for the payment of the taxes eventually generated by the impression of its visual.


Applicable rights
The Belgian law applies to all agreements between rollboost.be and the customer.

Royalty
The collection of all items contained on this website belong exclusively to rollboost.be and is protected by the Belgian and international laws of royalty. Everything contained on this website - as the texts, graphics, logos, pictograms, images, etc - belongs to rollboost.be or its suppliers and is therefore protected by the Belgian and international laws of royalty. The right to use, the reproduction rights, as well as the intellectual rights which relate to this site belong exclusively to rollboost.be and/or its partners.
